Trying to help my buddy find his 66 olds 442.  We don't have the vin just a few known details

If your buddy owned it at one time, the Ministry will have record of it as well as the VIN. Once you know the VIN, it's a matter of purchasing a used car package for it and it will list the current owner.

I lost my car at the airport once. That is one confusing parking garage.

Hope he finds it before it gets towed.
