I'd be interested in finding out if paying TV personalities to appear is actually financially worth it. I have no interest in meeting/greeting/seeing/or getting an autograph from either of these two or pretty much anyone else on this earth for that matter.

Guess there's no real way to tell ...

I remember seeing Mike Holmes signing autographs at Performance World/Motion or whatever name it went by that particular year, and being amazed/stunned (more likely "disturbed and disgusted) at the number of grown men lining up for an autograph. What is wrong with this picture?

(Hi Mike, so good to finally meet you.  I watch you every Saturday morning when I'm wearing nothing but my Crafstman underwear.  You're so dreamy.  Will you sign my hammer, this way, every time I'm "beating something", I'll think of you no)

$50 to $100 fee to show your car?
A tad too high.

Not meaning to rag on this show but that's more than I'd spend to display a car for one day.  On top of that, "80 plus show cars" ..... EIGHTY??  Really ??  That number is a slow night at the local cruise.

You can see the same cars at any given cruise night for free.

Cobble Beach car show is free and they feed you for the weekend. Car tour Sat. morning with an ice-cream stop and lunch they pay. Take a new Porsche or Cadillac out for a ride for a test run Sat. afternoon or take in a seminar all free. All you can eat New York steak barbeque and open bar Sat night again free. Car show Sun. with breakfast and lunch on them. Now that is a car show I can say I had a great time and walked away with a second place. Highly recommended.
