You won't want to miss this,! The event of the summer, the 5th Annual Wheels, Water & Wings Festival is scheduled for July 8th through 10th, 2016!  It's a weekend of family fun... including a midway with rides and concessions & lots of fun activities and free concerts for all ages.  Visit Michael Brooke publisher of the international skateboarding magazine Concrete Wave & founder of the global movement Longboarding for Peace, .  Michael will be hosting free skateboarding workshops "The Magic of Balance" for ages 3 and up! 

On Friday night, in addition to the midway, we close the main street of Bancroft (Hastings St.) at 5:30 p.m. for the Classic Car Show.  On stage are Blues Boyler, followed by Danny Marks (winner of the Blues with a Feeling award for lifetime achievement in music).

On Saturday, the midway is on and there are paddle challenges on the York River and a soap box derby on Flint Ave.  Taking the stage at about 1:30, Canada's beloved children's songwriter and recording artist, Dan the Music Man.  At 5:30 p.m. we shut down the main street again, for the Rat Rod & Hot Road Show.  Canadian music icons Spare Parts open the night at about 6 on stage, followed by country favourites Stompin' Jon & Lorraine Marie.  Headlining on Saturday night about 9 p.m. are The Shadows! 

On Sunday, start things off at the 55th Annual Fly-In Breakfast at the Jack Brown Airport in Bancroft... then check out the midway and paddle challenges.  At about 12:30 p.m. we shut down our main street for the Motorcycle Show & Shine... and Ghost Town Cryers take the stage.
