Hi everyone: As a kid I used to get to lots of drag races at Golden Horseshoe, Cayuga and Niagara Falls. I took photos and ran across the photo albums the other day. I don't really want the photos anymore but would be happy to mail them along to someone who might be interested. Pretty cool shots and a kind offer. One question. How come you are giving them away? How many do you have? I remember all of those cars, some nice racers.
Usually the conversation goes "I know I have the old pictures somewhere" and half the house and all the basement and garage are overturned and they still have not shown up!
I'll try to post the best ones here as time permits. Its been years since I have followed the racing and thought others might enjoy the photos more than me. It does bring back some nice memories. I can remember some classic races between The Funny Farmer and Hippie Hemi. At that time I think they were both record holders in their respective classes.
