Hello everyone, I finelyhave pictures to share of my first build.

I started this build which was an ambitious task for me as I knew very little about building cars but have fabricating skills from way back. I bought this truck body 4 years ago, the 56 has always been my favorite style as my dad had an F-600 stake truck he used to deliver beer, furniture and anything else to make extra money whem he was a young man, I still remember bouncing around in the cab, I think I was only 3 or 4 at the time, some things you never forget.

Enjoy

Thank you guys, I'm finely feeling accomplished, as more experienced builders would know is that its a real roller coaster ride, I have wished for over a year that I had never started this, when I started to build it was for all the right reasons but in reality it was way beyond my pay scale.

But I believe it will be a sturdy well built driver.

Thank you TeeJay99

No, I did not buy the truck with a drive Trane,  I'm running a 302 SBF stoker motor (331) with a T-56 Tremec 6 speed trans, that took me over 6 months to figure out how to join the two!
