When I bought the Boz Scaggs record " Lowdown " back in the day , I couldn't help but think about all the cool lowered car and trucks I'd seen over the years at car shows and in magazines . The song has nothing to do with that , of course . I don't mean the goofy low riders that bounce up and down , but the down in the weeds look that was meant to be cool . I've never owned such a car and they probably aren't practical with our pot-holed roads and all .

Here's some low down eye candy for y'all .

Some very nice rides but a 49-51 Merc is still tough to beat in my opinion.

That was a Canadian car around KW area about 10 or 15 yr ago. I think he was asking around 17K . I havnt seen him or the car since then. He told me he wanted a 55Chev. I would rather have that 56 Ford-it was beautiful!

I left Kit-Wat in 88 and don't remember seeing at that time ....the price is very good for today's market ( which doesn't really mean much :) ) and the car isn't customized too much . I would ditch the bubble skirts these days although I liked them back in the day )
