I'm looking for a cheap short term solution for my bench seat in my roadster.

I have good springs. Just need to cover them for now to drive it around this summer.

Anyone happen to have an old seat cover kicking around I could use for a pattern to make my own?

Any other ideas?

I think it's a great solution.... a buddy of mine did just the same. ..heavy farm type blanket from TSC...
turned out really well...

I inherited a few quilted horse blankets from my Grand Father, they even came with belts and buckles for that extra touch, lol. Damn things are almost indestructible though.

 Take your seat out to get upholstered.... In the mean time put a rear seat from a mini van in you'd be surprised how well it fits.
