I am on the hunt for a 1953-1956 Mercury stepside tailgate

 

can be junk so long as the mercury portion is savable enough to cut out and transfer to a new gate

hate to say but there was one "fur sale" at Duro swap meet 2 weeks ago, have no idea who vendor was.

That gate was owned by Ron Oneill, better known to many as The Mercury Man, I gave Seeker the phone number yesterday but sense it be a little pricey for cutting up..
