It does make you wonder sometimes.

There is a lot of good in crappy tire tools,I’ve been pulling wrenches for many years and have used cheap tools busted my knuckles with them but when they started coming out with the chrome hand tools I was intrigued by them, bought a set on sale even used them doubled up and to my surprise they held up.I now have a lot in my box and get excited when a sale comes on. Management seams to be happy matching the price I paid to the huge drop in a sale price a week later but I don’t think it works the opposite way unfortunately. They also carry a lot of junk tools buyer beware.

Those tool sale at CT are also a great way to recover from a break in and theft. Jan 19 2019 was a bad night at my place. CT sale have lessened the blow, but it's still shocking how often "I used to have one of those" comes to mind.
