Still on the hunt for an old gasser door car, preferrably chopped, preferably a big tire car
does not have to be a straight axle car
prefer a roller but will look at a runner if the price is right.
does not have to be streetable.
Along these lines is what I am looking for
1947 Ford convertible, 73 Javelin drag car, 1953 Mercury pickup, 1963 F100 Unibody 4x4

now that is old school, good one. i would be curious whats up with the motor or just put a hot 340 in it for some fun racing. it's pedigree reads well, lol.
well then : www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/1957-chevrolet-2-dr-post-gasser-project-car.1208588/ or www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/t-altered-nostalgia-drag-car-turn-key-race-ready-with-trailer.1208684/
or start from scratch :

personally, I like the idea of an altered wheelbase, Dodge van straight axle and a big injected wedge.......but I'm weird that way.
first one is not a roller in any way shape or form
second one is not a door car
thanks for the effort though
also - guess I need to clarify - I do not want anythign in the US as I can not get cross the border to fetch it at this time - Covid and all lol
man that thing is pure ugly but I sent a message anyways cuz the price is right lol
i know you mean well but that one post is from 2011
