Installed a Ididit tilt and Grant wood wheel in the 64 Pontiac Safari, + hooked up the 4 way flashers!!! Next ids doing the same on 64 Impala along with 605 strg. box conversion.
Finally got the 605 box installed in Impala!! Adapter plate to frame hit the sway bar brkt. so had to "trim " that, part arrived from US for removing P/S valve, & got everything installed with new tilt column. Had a pressure hose custom made at Lindsay Driveline and used org. return line. Fired up the 409 & bled the system, NO LEAKS so all that's left is wait for better weather & see if I have to adj. for centering the strg. wheel!! Wired up the 4 way flashers too.
