So scrap is up

Given scrap is up I was looking around the backyard and found I had been hoarding alternators and SBC

starters and doors and hoods from Pontiac's from the 60s and engines I will never use so the question is this

I there any value any more, any market for alternators and starters given the trend to LS swaps now.

Are flea markets ever coming back for the tables of pullies and 4gears and cast and aluminum bell housings that

I have left. What about old seized Pontiac flathead complete wit trans, a nailhead complete with trans, a couple

283s and 350s . Its awful tempting to fill the trailer and take the couple hundred scrap price------but then some day

I might need that pulley or someone might give me something for that old nailhead block. What to do, what to do. Ed

Every day I see another auction of yards full of cars that the guy wouldn't sell because they were too valuable and I'm going to build them soon. Sell the junk and buy a beer, because for whatever we are holding on to, the end is near.

forget kijiji.. you don't wanna have to pay to runs adds endlessly

best solution for everything is to find a like minded hobby site for similar things, JOIN, and post everything for free in the site's classified section..

then your add posting can run forever at no cost..

posts and PM's asking about things can go to your spam box or email so you can keep track

now , ...if only there was a site for old car parts n stuff .. you know ,, locally so maybe ya don't hafta ship things
(cough)
