It's happening a lot with us old guys. A friend is selling his 2400 sq ft house that only him and his wife live in. Plus a large garage full of car related junk. I gave away my 1995 one owner Crown Victoria. And I'm not buying anything. My garage is 26 x 60 and is full. I need to go away for a while and have someone clean it out.
I like Triumph bikes.
At 76 its a balancing act. i have friends who sold off everything.. property, cars, equip. and were miserable. For them their life was over. A couple of others wouldn't let anything go, they were overwhelmed died and the dumpsters were called in. I just sold my 51 merc. and probally will let my 32 go. Hate doing it but i have 3 more and thats enough. Tough to do.

Scrap is way up ,I wonder how many projects are going to end up there. People
don't seem to be interested in projects these days. Maybe if we can hold out a bit
and we get back to whatever normal will be some of our valuable stuff will actually
have value again. I just scrapped a literal ton of old body panels, the rockers and
doglegs , hoods and trunk and doors and old engine blocks are next. Worth more
in scrap now than trying to flog them separately . Going to use the scrap money to
at least get a couple projects mobile. Ed .
i have 2 to go also, 1969 hemi coronet and a 2002 s/s 35th anniversary camaro. last year of full production for the camaro and it is a numbered car. the coronet is the one in my avatar.
