Its Time . Its that time where some of us decide its time to lighten the load , So far I,ve sold off

74 gremlin x body and parts ,

Whats left

72 Gremlin drag car The Little Gremlin. Made into a drag car approx 76 - 77 with 39,000 miles on it and was racing starting in 78 I believe complete running funky old muraled up drag car its going on ebay this weekend

The Gasser Chassis , on utube under hot rod chassis for sale DABRacing also going on ebay this weekend

The Womans 87 Trans Am , The Nasty Girl , keeping

The only others projects I think I might do when retirement time comes is a vw baha buggy / dune buggy  but all wheel drive and a stronger inline  fuel injected motor

And a clone of my Triumph motorcycle but With a big bore big stroke kit 5 speed or 6 and disc brakes . I want it to look stockish , break into tens and be a nice rider

It's happening a lot with us old guys. A friend is selling his 2400 sq ft house that only him and his wife live in. Plus a large garage full of car related junk. I gave away my 1995 one owner Crown Victoria. And I'm not buying anything. My garage is 26 x 60 and is full. I need to go away for a while and have someone clean it out.
I like Triumph bikes.

At 76 its a balancing act. i have friends who sold off everything.. property, cars,  equip. and were miserable. For them their life was over. A couple of others wouldn't let anything go, they were overwhelmed died and the dumpsters were called in. I just sold my 51 merc. and probally will let my 32 go. Hate doing it but i have 3 more and thats enough. Tough to do.

Scrap is way up ,I wonder how many projects are going to end up there. People
don't seem to be interested in projects these days. Maybe if we can hold out a bit
and we get back to whatever normal will be some of our valuable stuff will actually
have value again. I just scrapped a literal ton of old body panels, the rockers and
doglegs , hoods and trunk and doors and old engine blocks are next. Worth more
in scrap now than trying to flog them separately . Going to use the scrap money to
at least get a couple projects mobile. Ed .
