This summers project.

 

installing a 5.3 LM7 and 4l60e trans for better power and drivability.

I apologize for lack of pics - wasn't thinking

so all there is , is the end result.

It runs - but still searching for a tuner that uses HP Tuners

Cool.
Why HP Tuners? I use TunerPro, it will do everything that HP tuners will do (I think), but doesn't lock you into buying a license for every swap.

What needs to be done? I left my engine stock, so no fuel/spark table change was required. I just used it to delete VATS and add cooling fans.

yah - I have injectors, intake, and headers to deal with, and adding the electronic auto trans from a non electronic type

You're going to need someone with a 5 gas and a dyno to tune it properly.
I picked up 3 spare computers at the wreckers before I redid mine. I can down load the original BIN file, save it. Then if something bad happens while reflashing I have a back file and an ECU to put it in.

Jarvis - yes it is a 55 front clip. I am looking for the lower passenger side trim piece if you know of any around for sale?
mine has a chunk out of it.

just bought a spare pcm for $75 at the wreckers.
