Fun to make. I just finished making a brace for my small homemade brake. I found the bends weren't as sharp in the centre before so I added this removable brace (for easy storage).  I also made a hinge pin removal tool so I can take a hinge off my 42 and replace it with a passenger side mirror. The tool was fun to make too. It just required some rebar scrap and two nuts and a thick bolt which I bored into and dropped a broken drill bit into (got lots of those).  The brace for the brake was just rebar and two metal scraps welded to the top of the brake and in the centre I welded a thick washer. Two pins allow me to remove the brace for easier storage. Now to go bend some metal bar-b-q sheets.0A00F859-39BB-4FD2-86BD-CFF75DC9AE0C.jpeg
