I make toys for kids all year, more so at Christmas. I started 40 years ago when our first son was born, now it's our 3 kids, their spouses, Grandchildren, my Mom, nephews & nieces, great-nephews and nieces....and others. The woodshop can be a busy place at times.
My wife Sue helps out a lot, particularly with painting details.....I can't see worth sh!t anymore.
Anyway, I made a bunch of pull-along ducks for toddlers. We share cutting them out, a quick router, a splash of latex paint, distressed then Sue does the eyes/beaks or what-ever they need, then another fast sand and a coat of clear before a burnish.
Well, this day I'd finished up to where Sue picks things up so I sat back and had a few puffs off a joint. Sue doesn't smoke weed. We finished our coffees and she got to work.
She started with the white ones, then black, then peach and so on.
Take a look at the eyes, take a good look at the eyes......I figure the 2nd hand smoke caught her right around the peach ducks ........
Was it dodge had a A emblem like that a circle with almost looked like capital letter A on the smaller cars valiant signet ??? Or do you just mean some are backwards

yep, once the smoke hit her brain the eyeballs went backwards.

So, to end this story, a couple days back my two grandsons were over. We went to the shop to make a couple wood trucks. They learned about bandsaws and how quickly they could lose a finger ( ran a dowel through), they pulled the handle to make tires/wheels on the drill press, painted and so on. While we were having a coffee ( juice) break Liam ( the older one by a year) noticed the box full of ducks. He looked them over then turned to me and asked " Grampa, how come some of the ducks are angry.......or are they sleeping?". He spotted the difference in 20 seconds....I better be careful with this one, he doesn't miss much lol.
