I am trying to track down my father's car. This is an old photo so it might not be in as good of condition anymore, I haven't seen it in about 14 years.
its a 1923 ford C-cab Kit car. I don't know much more about it than that but the painting on the side is of itself driving down the road.
Long story short I just found out my father passed about 2 years ago. We don't think he had much when he passed but my aunt believed he had this car still and had it in a storage unit. I am just trying to track down anything he might have had left when he passed. There is a possibility this was sold off when he stopped paying for his storage and I'd like to try and get in contact with anyone who might have bought it. the last location I know it was in was the Ottawa area.
Its a fairly unique car so hopefully sticks out in peoples minds, any info you have would be appreciated.
I might forget to check this thread if enough time has passed, so feel free to email me at Dylansparling@hotmail.com

Yeah thats definitely the car Thank you for the info, around 2009 was when I last saw it so I know it was in my father possession around this time. but any info is useful so I appreciate the share I hadn't seen this one before!
If you still have the VIN number its titled under, you could buy a UVIP from MTO. That would tell you who its registered to and a postal code? I could swear I've seen it possibly at Markham car show?
Yes, I have seen it as recent as 3 weeks ago touring down the main street in Petrolia Ontario. It's still yellow, and it still has murals on the sides. A few guys were getting together at the Timmy's on Main St. as I was passing through town. I seen it last fall at the Pinery Flea Market near Grand Bend Ontario. Makes me think it has to be in this area to see it twice within a 60 mile circle. I'll ask around if you like, I'll see if I can find where it's home is. Sniper.
Wow thanks for letting me know, yeah if you ever have a chance to speak with them let them know I'd love to talk with them. Curious if they happen to have any of the other stuff that was in the locker and had sentimental value but no real value. I'll private message you my contact information

The C Cab resurfaced at the Old Autos Bothwell Show this past weekend. I didn't get to attend, but did get to see some pictures that had been taken at the show. I believe the pictures were taken by an Old Autos staffer, so they may end up in the next paper. Just a guess on my part, but they do a feature of the show every year. Now I'm really convinced it has to be in the area, that's three times it's popped up within 20-30 miles of me. I'll be at the same place sometime, at the same time, and get some info for you. Sniper.
