gauge cluster repair

Took my truck in to have the gas gauge and speedometer repaired at Thompson's on Armour today.  Expensive (what isn't) but very knowledgable guys.  Told me to find someone in Canada who can repair a cluster.  Speedometer is seized and the gas gauge isn't reading right.  Might as well get the whole cluster fixed.  Any advice is appreciated.  I have no idea how far I can drive without a gas gauge or an odometer.  HELP !  Hoping maybe I can find someone at Stirling or Lindsay at this point or I am just out of luck.  (1942 Ford pickup)

Get a copy of Old Autos and check the want ads for gauge repair.

I have one in the garage. I will check. Thank you ! I did find a place through Chris Stapley called Dashboard InstrumentCluster in North York but I will check Old Autos as well.
