I have what I assume is remains of the original header its about 3/4” thick piece that is the bottom section with some rot at each end. This gives enough detail to fit the header to the metal part the windshield hinge bolts to.
I was wondering if someone remembers if the top of the header is flat or a curved profile from front to back in the center where it meets the roof and visor.
Also on the front facing side is this a straight slope of about 60 degrees from the bottom to the top front edge. Figure the two ends will just need trimming and profiling till the body panels sit correctly.
I figure the header dimensions are 46 1/4" wide, 3 1/2" front to back, and 2 3/4" at its highest, if this is wrong please correct me.
