Just was informed about this new forum and am happy to join. Great idea. 

Let's see...I moved to the Belleville area a year and a half ago with my good wife and 2 Boston terriers. I am a long time car guy who got back into the hobby after a 20 year break to raise my kids. I bought a rolling shell 39 Pontiac silver Streak coupe in 2000 and spent the next 5 years working on it. I do all work myself and it is built more in the way of the traditional 70s street rod  than the modern Gold chain street rods. 

My newest project is a 1967 Cutlass that I plan to put a big block and turbo 400 in. It will be built pretty much as my Pontiac as I am not a rich man.

I try to attend several cruise nights a week and as many shows as are possible. I do enjoying the building of the car and solving problems along the way more than the shows.

It  will be nice to interact with some of the guys on here and look forward to meeting some of you this comming summer.
