Built it over 3 years, driving since 1979. Olds powered. At 16 I worked at Golden Horseshoe Dragway,( became Toronto Int.) for 3 plus years. Was a life member of CSRA. Was a 20 plus yr. member of the Road Runners Car Club. Now a member of ONDR (Ontario Nostalgia Drag Racers).  I am a retired Hamilton Firefighter. I have travelled to and filmed at Bakersfield CA (March Meet,CHRR, & GoodGuys) , Norwalk, OH (GoodGuys), Columbus, OH(NHRR), Bowling Green, KY,(NHRR) Cordova IL(ADRA), Indy GoodGuys, Have videos available from 1996. Also have a good video of the CSRA Canadian Nats. at Confederation Park in Hamilton when the Rod Masters hosted the event.  I really enjoy ONDR races...ondr.ca. If you have seat belts you can race, run quicker than 13.99 you need a propper snell rated helmet. Try it sometime.....

Hey Frank....I lived in Georgetown most of my life...spent many Saturdays at Golden Horseshoe, then TID...did you live in the area at that time?

We race the Armdrop events at Picton and Shannonville most fun I have ever had with a carand a super bunch of down to earth run what you brung rodders.We would like to do the ONDR and even went to a couple of events but seam way above our pace at this time maybe worth a try though. ED
