Just dropped by and checked out the site..gotta luv it..! So nice to see alot of people on here..Im on the Chevelle/Beaumont site..but its great to see alot of local people..Hoping the weather is better this year for the Cookstown Car Show..the better the turn out the better the donations to the food bank..im not a religious person but some people are in the position in life that they cant help where they are and if im in a better position hey it doesnt hurt to share a bit does it??!!

I drive a 1964 Acadian Beaumont Deluxe 2 dr hrdtop...its a 350 out of a 1986 Z28..headers,4bbl and weld wheels. The car is from Alberta and ive had it for 8 years now..Car was running and all metal and in awesome shape when it arrived..but had to redo and make it nicer lol!Still basically stock and still havethe original rims and hub caps...dont know if my pic worked..if not will post later..this was at the 2012 Orillia car show..

Great site and have enjoyed reading all the posts...happy cruzing to everyone..

Deb

Hi. New girl here. well, not really a new girl, just a new member. I own a 55 4 door Belair stone stock original and a 57 150 2 door handyman wagon. The wagon has been converted to a 5 speed, power steering, power brakes, electric wipers etc. etc. at a cost of many thousands. Still not working right. Daily drivers are 2005 F150, 2002 Silverado and a 2000 Cavalier. I should never have to walk anywhere! Drag raced with b/friend-husband for many years and I worked in auto body shops from 1975. I do home repairs and updates. My house seems to be last on the list. biggrin

Hi Riekie..glad to see there are females out there that are into old cars..:) The 55 sounds great and thats quite the collection of other vehicles..walking is over rated anyway ;o;!!

I know what u mean about house repairs..the never ending money pit.! have been doing the same all summer 3 more big jobs to do..patio doors today the tile for the kitchen and bathrooms.ughh..rather spend more money on the car..next year will be the cars turn!
