Hello my name is Glenn

Married to the most understand wife in the world.

Father of two and grandfather of 6

I've just recently sold my 57 Chev panel van and noticed it's back on Kijiji Toronto. Dec 2012

Sad to see it go, and even more sad to see it being bounced around. ( somebody buy it and finish the resto)

I sold it fully intack and now it's stripped.

Anyways, I'm currantly looking for another Tri Five truck project.

I'm not gonna rebuy my old panel van. He is asking way more then I sold it to him for.

I'm glad to be here, Looking forward to meeting some fellow Ontarian of like interests.

welcome from Ontario's far east. I agree with you the wheeling dealing is not good for the true car guy but it seems to be what the car hobby has become over the last 30 years. Less about the cars more about the money.

Yeah, My wife has a sister. And she is single.

There is a reason why she is single.

Sorry my friend, I wouldn't introduce her to my wurst enemy (well maybe I would) she'll mess up your life.

First thing going against her is: You can't have alcohol in the house. need I say any more?

Welcome Glen, Yup, we're going to be there at the opening and each event over the summer! Can't wait, the north is a good economy right now with all the mining BOOM going on, and there are still lots of drag cars throughout the north looking forward to a closer place to race instead of travelling for hours.

Canadian Drag Racer Magazine has done a very impressive write up about the construction ,build, and opening of the new strip.

I just finished posting a link to Dale Hickey's article on our King of The North website.
I'm hoping to organize a classic car Hot Rod weekend at the drag strip. Hopefully it may turn into an annual event.
