An apology and humble intro.. The apology for not having the courtesy to have done this before now. The humility for no one busting my butt about it..My board name ..fatchuk..I have been having a forum mid-life crisis and got caught up in it.. my bad...I see many good friends here that’s good.. and I am very glad to wrench up with you all if yo’all have me…I am a licensed “A” and “B” since you couldn’t get $5.00 in your tank..I still operate a little red-neck shop in downtown nowhere ..outside St.Marys,On still work every day in the shop doing local repairs, I am never alone I always have Arthritis to keep me company ..I am stunned at how many Ont rodders there are.. I have mostly just been on one other forum that was more provincial yet, it seems from the membership here Dey-is-a-lot more of youse guys in On den I taw’t..where has yo’all ben hidin… I don’t do a bunch of hot-rod stuff any more getting old ..three score and ten this nov..I sure have fixed a lot of old cars over the years and built a few rods. I is just a red-neck country boy with an ornery-opinionated yap some times, kinda depends on which meds I’m on ..just slap me from time to time and I’ll behave.. and I will be your best friend … No doubt you have already seen my ride and some of my stuff..The older I get there is no old car that I don’t like.. I has seen lots of your cars and read lots of your posts and threads and it feels like everybody likes each other.. that’s good eh!! Sure would be kool to have some kind of cool road run and week-end picknic thingy for wifes, kids, girlfriends, pets, this summer somehow ..I have a area big enough to host about 150 cars ..I am 35 min from Grand bend Motoplex..And about a real nice 1 hr cruise to Goderich has a very nice beach with a two kil boardwalk..throughsome neat senic roads .. could have a ball game ,picnic, slow drags..??? Just throwin it out..I an’t much of an organizer more of a helper..anyways it's available and I can help..thanks for having me and I am looking forward to riding along with yah some where this season.. see yah on the asphalt

Welcome from Vineland Chuck. St Mary's huh......used to be a bunch of my family scattered from Alisa Craig to St Jakes, you're about in the middle.
About that picnic thing, I saw someone else make a similar offer on another post, can't remember where he was from though and I did the same awhile back in the events area. Seeing as you're not too far from here we should do a loop, members can jump in as the tour passes their area.
Just can't do it June 8 , Aug 14 or Thanksgiving weekend. Our oldest son and his fiance (loves racing) are getting married in June, our daughter and her fiance (also a mechanic/piston head) in Aug and we host O'Shavings Country Craft Show in Oct. Both weddings are taking place on our property as does the craft show.
a belated welcome aboard chucky from the belleville area. if i remember right there use to be a plant there called golden yolk. brought in a lot of loads from queerbec for processing.
Thanks..for the welcome ..I will promise to always be a poop stirrer.. Shag..that plant is still here ..but it is under a different name.. I just can't recall the name but it's still a chicken something plant...I am about 12 ks out of St.Marys in the country-side...hope to meet up with many of you somewhere this season..
I own/operate a little country repair shop and still crank wrenches for my living me and Arthur-ite-us..
Good to have you around chuck..you've got a cool place out there, definately worth the drive for anyone to go.Glad to see health hasn't got the better of you!Welcome!
