 My watch quit over the weekend, finally have to change the battery.

One of those tiny little guys about the size of a dime.

Finally got it open, and the thought came to me that this battery has ran 24/7 for the past 11 YEARS!!

Looked at the number on the battery,,#CR 2016-3v,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,AND,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

"MADE IN INDONESIA"!

Hows that for offshore quality???????????????????? Lol

Some people emit electricity through their skin, like me. I use to get extra long life from my watch batteries too(when I used to wear them).
Some people drain electricity through their skin, like my Mom. She quit wearing watches because batteries would be lucky to get 3 months!

I realize i'm gettin up in age,,, but God i gotta put out more than 3 volts!!!!!!!!!!!Lol

(At least i feel like it most days, the other days , nothing even registers on the meter!!)

Here's a bit of trivia !! The number 2016 means that the battery is 20 mm in diameter and 1.6mm thick. Might be useful info if you ever need a battery for something but don't know the number.

I used to put out high voltage but now it's just a trickle. My part number was a 50-900 :-0

I used to be 13.8 but now feel like 11V

everytime I try to plug in the charger the receptacle has a headache.

I think as receptacles get older, they turn into the European standard where the holes are much further apart !!
