While on the cdn. poncho site looking at a "Cars in barns"Picture 030.jpg article & remembered this one in a friends repair shop in W.V. been sitting for yrs. Owner wants it restored but hasn't "dropped a dime" to shop, so it was pushed outside & covered up!!  No storage paid either for all those yrs. Shop owner wants it off the property, but lost touch with owner??  Don't know the yr. guess 61 or 62???

wow .............

time for the shop owner to start the legal process that will allow him to sell the car (mechanics lien, abandoned vehicle, unpaid storage fees etc).

wonder what the real story is ...... owner passed away? owner in jail? owner in hospital with amnesia?

It's not a '61 or '62. They had the pointy back end.
'62 didn't have the chrome strip on the side cove and were all one color.
It could be anywhere from '58 to '60.
'58 had the first quad head lights. I think the only difference in those years was the small chrome strips in the cove.

I don't know if West Virginia has any laws for this situation??? Think the shop owner is a "pretty" easy going guy, & just goes with the flow, laid back "Red Neck" & the car is now not taking up space in his shop!!!!
