My complaint for today.

Today I went to UPS to send back my wiper motor. Cost me $27 to send it to Washington M.O. They then asked me if I want insurance. I said for what? Thet said incase it gets lost..I said if it gets lost they will be buying a new one for me. They said I am paying for the service of delivery. They do not gaurentee it will get there or what kind of condition it will arrive there in. Am I missing something here? I pay for a service but they dont guarentee they will do it!!! They want me to pay them again to make sure they do what I already paid them to do...unfriggin believable...

I figured you where going to drag it over the ditch and ship it usps . flat rate box stateside is about 10 bucks any where in the continental us. 

Even if they did smash it or loose it don't expect them to honor the extra you pay frekin tools .

Its like when I get asked if I want the warranty at Future Shop.......I ask why?...They say in case it is no good. I say, if its no good, I dont want it and walk out.......

I was going to take it over and mail it..Just up to my ass in aligators and just didnt have the time to go there. Sent from here just for conveniance.
