Today I went to UPS to send back my wiper motor. Cost me $27 to send it to Washington M.O. They then asked me if I want insurance. I said for what? Thet said incase it gets lost..I said if it gets lost they will be buying a new one for me. They said I am paying for the service of delivery. They do not gaurentee it will get there or what kind of condition it will arrive there in. Am I missing something here? I pay for a service but they dont guarentee they will do it!!! They want me to pay them again to make sure they do what I already paid them to do...unfriggin believable...
Its like when I get asked if I want the warranty at Future Shop.......I ask why?...They say in case it is no good. I say, if its no good, I dont want it and walk out.......
