did some scrap truck pullings on tues nite, really muddy so i had to yank this gem about 150 feet from the side of a pond.

yanker.bmp

scored two trucks and some other junk, guy lost his house to the bank so he said go wild.

With a title like that, I was a little leary of opening it.... OK, ALOT leary!!! That is a great use for a tow truck though, I'm going to pull down some dead trees and pull out a couple of stumps today with mine.

 i use the backhoe for the trees and stumps but i would like have a winch to attach for the soft areas. hint-hint anyone

^^ Yeah, that's my issue too! Far too soggy in the grass right now, but nice and soft for pulling trees out of the ground! I'll be backing as far back as I can on the asphalt and winch it from there. Not a lot todo, just 3 stumps and a tree - wish me luck!

not quite, amc was still its own company, no mopar im afraid.  I built this truck about 14 years ago, all gm powertrain.  actually nothing on this truck is dodge at all

if it was to remain the original amc drivetrain it would still be sitting in the field I found it in.

350 small block, Muncie 435, np 205 case.  ford rear one ton diff.  its a confabulation.
