Was involved in a Real Estate deal today. Seller got exactly what they wanted so they were really happy. Buyer payed 5 grand less than his limit so he was happy... Seller agent got $0 and the buyer agent got $0 .NO commissions paid.. Nice..more to the storey but stopping here.

The seller was only renting the property wink

Price it below market value for a quick, private sale biggrin

I took a course years ago to attain my reality licence smile

I suddenly realized that reality can totally suck  cry  so I dropped out, preferring to live in my own little world  biggrin

wow   thats neat    

 

When my a/h son-in-law left my family in 2010  

He listed his and my daughters house for 50g below market   sold it the first day and paid the agent 6%  (25,500.00)  

I had 30g invested to them for the purchase    screwed me good... got me for 200g since   no

you sold your house to the real estate agent. that same agent end up being the buyer and seller so there was no comission to pay
