That's my old worry stone. When ever I used to get troubles I rubbed it with my fingers.
The stone used to be 12" in diameter.

 Really?? That sucks !! it's so difficult now for the consumer to buy North American. The tires on my Dodge are Goodyear Eagle LS, and the front ones are made in the US and the rears made in Japan.
