 Just read on another site that Mick Jaeger is now a "Great Grandfather" !

X2 on that, and on all of them really,,, it's a wonder they have lasted this long!! Lol

I think ageing and activity are very closely related

watching my father who did little as he got old , he's practally unable to walk without help now

sitting here for 4-5 years looking after him I'm feeling the effects of not being as active as I should be too

watching Jager strut around the stage like a 20 year old I'd have to think he's only able to do that now because he never stoped doing it

there is a hell of a lot of truth to the saying if you don't use it you loose it
