A friend in another hobby (ham radio) has disappeared from the radar and I am concerned. His name is Tim Smith and he lived on Carrot Creek near Hanover. There are only two houses on his road I believe and I need to know if he is OK or whatever. He worked recently in a fabrication shop there I believe as a foreman but is a Aircraft Mechanic by trade. He drives a older Ford F150. He has been very good to me over the last few years so I owe him at least a look to make sure he is ok or whatever. He is I believe a bit of an eccentric which as we know is a wonderful Quality. He was in his early days a rodder. Any help in checking on him would be appreciated. His neighbour I believe runs a garage business of sorts and would know.

Don, I live between Hanover and Durham. I drive for the local NAPA and have never heard of this Carrot Creek road. Did a search on Google maps etc, nothing.....Will try my GPS in a bit....Are you sure you have that right?
I looked at Canada 411 and there is a T Smith, but who know?...Smith is a pretty common name

OK...a bit more.....I Google mapped that address and it comes up that Normanby Rd D is a short stretch of road that has a business (RC Automotive) and a couple of trailer homes on it...I deliver there and will ask Randy of RC when I am next there....It doesnt look like anyone is living in those other trailer homes on that road.
Thanks so much. Obviously the words "he lives" are good to hear. He has been very helpful to me over the last three years or so with the winter hobby and when he dropped out of site I was concerned. Usually he is on old AM phone rigs every weekend. I appreciate the help and info from you and all here. You folks are a credit to our hot rod hobby.
