 Good feeling, isn't it?

Trouble is, all those other bills keep rolling in...utilities, taxes, insurances etc

Mortgages come and go.
To me, they're like rent payments.

be careful . its a easy trap to fall into . right now I could name ten guys that fell into that trap .

I do have to finish the house I started yrs ago. However it will not cost me much. In 2 yrs I will retire as a bldg. inspector . I had a wood working business here for over 20 yrs and have all my equipment. I have collected a lot of blk cherry logs and will mill them and run them through my molder for trim and flooring and whatever else I feel like making. I own Cosy Doors and was one of the first to start making Victorian screen doors back in the mid 80's when nobody was doing it. So the factory is still setup ready to go again.

I was at the Huntsville Independent Grocers standing in front of the beef counter and said to the fellow standing beside me that I might have to take out a mortgage so I can but a small roast!
