I learned a thing from a guy I was talking to at the AACA Lindsay swap meet when talking about how eBay is killing the flea markets. When doing a search for a car part and you get a million things like air freshener's or steering wheel spinners you do not want try this. If you are looking for 1932 Chevy type fits at the end example ( 1955 Chevy fits ) and it filters 95% of the crap you do not want. I tried it and it took out 808 items of crap out of my search. Another thing did you know eBay is also now charging a 13% shipping fee on top of the actual shipping cost and in the future there will be buyers premium also no doubt.

sorta same theme, have you notice the steaming pile of **** known as google only returns search results of advertisers? Google is now a giant business directory. They changed their search system so using "quotation" marks to search for the exact phase as typed no longer works. and the "verbatim" sucks more than a hoover.
Oh money........ makes the world go round....... the greedy greedier......... and the poor poorer.

****ing thieving ****suckers. They dictate how it has to ship and how you have to pay. They ding you for a listing fee, a selling fee, a percentage of shipping and then a PayPal transaction fee. The "global shipping" between the US and Canada is also a joke as there is a brokerage fee charged which would not be charged if the middleman wasn't involved. Those guys also charge duty if the item doesn't fall under the NAFTA agreement. And of course the ignorant yank selling the item doesn't give a ****. They'd rather not sell to us anyway.
Ebay and Paypal only charge the seller a percentage of any sales just like any company. Even Walmart makes a profit. I use Ebay all the time and Paypal almost every day. Love them both, safe secure transfer of funds with no service charges and on Ebay the worlds largest selection of just about anything you could want. I do check the shipping rates and most times, pick up my items at a drop site on the US side. That saves a fortune. I am also a big fan of Amazon, both .ca and .com and very seldom pay shipping or brokerage charges. For those of you living on a pension or tight budget, the internet is the best money saving tool at your disposal.
