That's a tough question, what are you hauling it with???What's the car & trailer weigh?? what is the terrain?? Hills or flat??? My "Burb" gets around 18miles/gal aluminium trailer [1200lbs.] with 3500lb car on it 3:08 gears & 6spd auto using 5 th.gear!!!

3/4 ton GMC 6 L. engine 3.75 gears 2,100 Lb. trailer 5,100 Lb. car on top. Gas mileage ?????????????????????? But the car gives me 8 to 10 miles to the gallon on hi test down hill with the wind behind me on a good day.

I think if someone drives the car , I doubt that the old car is cheap on gas either looks like a truck will likely take a good 200.00 one way with the load and probably half with the trailer empty
thanks gives a rough idea I know years ago it use to take me nearly 3 tanks of gas to pull my travel trailer all the way down ottawa

With my 06 Chev 1/2 ton p/u with the 6.0 litre motor pulling a 4000lbs enclosed contractor trailer (7 x 16) I get about 350 kms to about 85 litres of fuel. Now the truck is set up to pull, oil cooler, trans cooler, etc. oh and a 4.10 rear end. Empty with no trailer it is a rocket, pulling, well still goes but gets lots of gas station breaks.
