Awe one of my favorites ...Spent a lot of time wrestling such a beast as a teenager.. On the neck behind the number plate should be a decal with year of mfg ..an a number stamped in the frame.[or at least grinder marks...lmao]
Is it 4 sale?
If so how much?

I didn't see a sticker on the neck but the vin was there
looking around I've found a spot on one of the motor cases to check that may help though it's only going to be definate about that piece of caseing which could be non original to the bike
I had a PE 175 and a Bultaco at the same. The Suzuki was my favourite. If the knees weren't so bad, I'd love to have it again or considering my weight gain over the years, I'd probably need the 250.

it'll be for sale at some point in the semi near future
I have yet to see all the parts in one place so I don't know yet if it's all there and as of yet I haven't a clue as to what it's worth but as it sits at the moment .. not bleepin much lol
it might keep me busy for a while this winter just trying to make it presentable even if only as a project for someone else to take on

Everything hurts looking at this bike!! Let me set the scene, late '70's or there abouts my buddy bought one of these new and got me interested only I never had much money so along came one of those Harley dirt bikes, well the japanese version with HD decals, anyway we are out in the hilly part of town and I'm in the lead as I am not to be out done I'm flying at top speed only to go over a small hill or so I thought but it turned out to be a twenty foot ledge( I may be exaggerating a little) with a small creek at the bottom about two inches deep. The fall I survived with only a few bruses but when my buddy came over the ledge and landed on me thats when things got a little worse. Nothing was broke but the blood running down the creek would make you think we were both dead, we were sure sore the next morning. That was the end of my dirt bike career lol.

eeeyep
like I said I'm not a bike guy but I know one thing about dirt biking
DON'T do it alone
I had a buddy ... back when he was a kid he went dirt biking at the old dump on morningside ave by himself
he had a little spill and ended up laying on the ground for a couple of hours until some guy and his kid found him .. laying on the ground with both collar bones broken

We can't forget John Collingwood Died riding his brothers Rick bike in the Ajax Pickering dump, That accident brought on alot of changes including the green off road plates. Off road vehicles were banned in all of durham region Also because of such accidents at the time.
