When I finished my shop years ago we held a square dance in it. A friend new a caller that came and we a blast. With 95 % not knowing how to square dance including me and the last time I did I think. Your shop looks good by the way.

Looks great but I think you should check it for level....it seems a bit off. It'll be really hard to park anything in there.smile

Same foot print as before, 24x 36 but Twp changed building code to go 19' 6" to peak from 15' 6" so took advantage. 14' ceiling height when dry walled!!!! Can you say "4 post hoist" in future???

 Nice.

I could say 4 post hoist but 2 is better.

2 post is not for me!!! Prefer the 4 post especially with my new ride with X frame, tried it on friends 2 post, pain in the A$$ trying to get arms set up!!! + with heated floor don't want to drill anchor bolts& hit heat tubes!!!

I have done everything on my 4 post and can store an extra car or motorcycle under the ramp and it is easy on/easy off and if you have a heated floor, you better plan well in advance where you would anchor your 2 post columns. Looks like a high ceiling, 12 foot is an ideal minimum.  Here is how I resolved mine.

Garage is wired, insulated, & vapour barrier!!!Drywallers coming today & contractor says they will likely have it done in one day!!!! then garage doors can be installed. WOW!!! These guys are good, materials and workmanship just "PERFECT" Glad I didn't have insurance Co. contractor do it!! They seemed to want to cut corners + had to travel from Toronto & never showed up till after 10am when they did the removal.
