2 post is not for me!!! Prefer the 4 post especially with my new ride with X frame, tried it on friends 2 post, pain in the A$$ trying to get arms set up!!! + with heated floor don't want to drill anchor bolts& hit heat tubes!!!

I have done everything on my 4 post and can store an extra car or motorcycle under the ramp and it is easy on/easy off and if you have a heated floor, you better plan well in advance where you would anchor your 2 post columns. Looks like a high ceiling, 12 foot is an ideal minimum. Here is how I resolved mine.
Glad too see you making a come back...The ole saying ya gotta go through hell before we get to heaven an by the looks of ur new garage it will be heaven for you ....The in floor heat will make ya want to move in....

Garage is wired, insulated, & vapour barrier!!!Drywallers coming today & contractor says they will likely have it done in one day!!!! then garage doors can be installed. WOW!!! These guys are good, materials and workmanship just "PERFECT" Glad I didn't have insurance Co. contractor do it!! They seemed to want to cut corners + had to travel from Toronto & never showed up till after 10am when they did the removal.
