Hey all . I cant find the old kijiji rant post about selling on there and dealing with buyers .

I wanted to ad my latest bit . I have an ad on there for a 59 nash metro shell . No motor driveline floors suspension just a shell and some parts . And I axeually got a reply from a guy curious about how much work it would take to make it road worthy ????. Not shure if that was supposed to be a humourous reply or what . As soon as I can round up two guys to help me lift it onto a cart . I will redo the ad with pictures . I,m gonna be in scarberia after the holidays . When I see one of the : better : shops down there . I,ll take down the address and info , and if that clown replies again . I,ll tell him to buy it and take it there .

Typical of Kijiji ... just someone playing games, happens more often than not on that site. 

I just delete the dumb questions without bothering to respond.

I had the same experience with a motorcycle I had on KIJIJI. The person wanted to know how cheaply it would take to get it on the road. Actually I did know but I wasn't about to get into that discussion, I just wanted it gone. That's just part of the selling game on these sites, you take the silly stuff with the serious, and try to find the offer that make sense. It's just like life!

Common sense .   treat others the way you would like to be treated...

 

If the questions bother you don't respond .   

 

If Kijiji bothers you .  don't look or post .

I think some of these guys cruise kijiji and put a price limit on what they want to buy . Like start their search with lowest price , then try to buy stuff cheap and flip it . But to ask how much to fix a car when ad says its unfixable ???. But its funny , its the worst condition pos of any vehicle I,ve tried to / or sold on there and got 12 replies . 2 were jokes replies . The rest had either specific questions or asked for pics of certain parts . They were all replied to and questions will be answered once I get it out in open for pics .
I don't hate kijiji too too much . just wanted to ad my post to the forum
