build both the first one right beside the second

then you get a 4 car shop devided in two for workin n parkin , shop space along one entire side = a washroom and one roof over it all

then you have the house above the second half with an aditional master bedroom / washroom and downstairs family room /rec room behind the first garage...

yeah baby .. where's my dam hammer ....
