Some think government has become too large, corrupt, self serving, uncountable, overbearing and isolated.

President Trump was battling this so called swamp every single day while fighting for the regular folks.

Some like me try to understand how others support higher taxes, porous borders and energy dependance.

I love cars and talkabout them all the time but I also think we are going in the wrong direction.

For example, Canada could be energy independent but instead many prefer to buy imported oii.

For some that's totally political and not practical for both financial and national security reasons.

Thanks

Randy

I'd be happy to have an Electric vehicle as my main driver - if I could afford one. I'm still keeping my dinosaurs though.

trump doesn't fight for the average guy. He uses them. This debate can go nowhere as it is obvious no minds are going to be changed. Regarding higher taxes. trump  gave a cross the board tax cut.  It ment on a % basis the rich did very well. The tax break for the rich continues on but for the middle class it expires this year and reduces over the next two years. CHECK IT OUT. trump paid little or no taxes. The Biden plan is there is no increase for the Middle class but the rich will pay their fair share. I could debate every point but I would rather work on my hot rod or kustom than argue about politics.

Trump did some good things.
Now we will wait and see what Sleepy Joe will do.

Exactly!!

President Trump had little support and accomplished great things for the people.

I fear sleepy will make a lot of bad changes but I pray he does good.

Honestly, I would like nothing more than to be wrong about sleepy.

It's nothing personal about sleepy, it's his policies.

We will know soon enough !!

Thanks
Randy

As far as I'm concerned, MR. Trump can come here to Canada, and take over Turdeau's job, cuz he couldn't do any worse. !!

I guess it all depends on who's statistics you are reading.

Wow ..Randy thats quite a list. I don't have time to fact check it as I'm busy working on my 58 Chev. Impala but I will make a few observations.. The economy.. George W Bush practically drove it into the ground. Obama / Biden changed the rules and brought it back. Remember how they saved G.M and Chrysler. trump rode on their accomplishments. He got rid of a lot of enviormental laws / global warming but Biden will correct that. trump put a tariff on Canadian steel and aluminum. Didn't hurt us one bit as u.s. didn't have the capacity to produce more so the cost of metal products rose for the american consumer. As far as China they still have a trade surplus and it rose 17% in Dec. They quit buying soybeans and trump subsides american farmers losses. I don't know of any major manufactures who came back to the u.s.. In fact G.M has at least 12 asm. plants in China and if you bought a new Buick it probally was built in China. The stock market is a story by itself. I don't think it does much for the average citizen. This is supposed to be a car site so i am done with the trump debate. He leaves in disgrace Jan.20. His approval rating the lowest ever. The orange t-rd has been flushed

Well layed out Bob.  One thing Randy left out is what all his accomplishments look like now. Except for the stock Market making millions for those that don,t need  it there isn,t much positive left.

blah blah..
STILL MISSING THE POINT

HILLARY CLINTON WAS NOT SEEKING REELECTION THIS PAST FALL

THAT.. IS the only thing that matters..

..derrr

W D F do you think ANYONE would ever consider voting "Trump".. because it's honestly .. sadly the best thing you could have done four years ago..

it was america shoving donald trump up the arse's of the elite self privileged, self entitled, ruling class..

all this CREATED debate is only a distraction .. the left and the establishment want you to distract yourselves with weather he is or isn't an a-hole..

we've all watched the media for years .. we already know he is one .. THAT's WHY he got elected...

there in is the insult to the establishment ..

odd though how only those who want to argue against trump in ordinary conversation have to resort to ridicule and belittlement .. must be frustrated somehow...

might come from being told what to believe..'stead of being able to figure it out for yourselves

It always makes me laugh when Trump supporters say he is doing it for the everyday man...drain the swamp etc.
He is a clinical psychopath (not all psychopaths kill)...

socially irresponsible behavior
disregarding or violating the rights of others
inability to distinguish between right and wrong
difficulty with showing remorse or empathy
tendency to lie often
manipulating and hurting others
recurring problems with the law
general disregard towards safety and responsibility

He is mentally unable to make ANY decision based on the good or needs of others. There is only one calculation he can make in ANY situation and that is Donald Trump.

The media and social media have (rightly IMO) castrated him. The House will prevent him from ever holding office again and cut him off from his bully pulpit. He will go out in a 21 gun salute and in a matter of weeks (support has already dropped 10%) he will be loud background noise. The real threat to the world has just started in the form of Donald Trump....Jr. In the weeks and years ahead he will take over where his father left off. Republicans know this and is why they will continue to back DT Sr. They know the next wave is coming and the Trump Sr. supporters will still be there waiting, emboldened and growing in numbers as civil discourse grows. The next election will decide democracy...not this one. Age puts Biden as a one term President. Kamala Harris VS DTJ... Let that sink in. JMO

what both america and canada need is a new leader who makes the way we do government change .. we need to lose the party system first and foremost and elect members on merit not affiliation

then and only then will we have government that represents our interests .. rather than the party's..

until that happens nothing's going to improve ..ever

Not all Muslim countries [ good for him] and he did eliminate what he sees as a toxic pipeline from crossing more  American soil. We may not like it but it his country and its time for us to resolve our own problems. By the way it doesn't stop our oil from reaching Houston Tex.  The new pipeline was a shortcut.
