Probably at least $100/horse but what awesome workmanship.
I have been trying to find a Wayne head for years. There were a couple of scams on-line and I found a rough casting but no machining instructions. This setup has been touted on European sites over the years but as far as anyone can tell, it is a hoax. I tried unsuccessfully to contact him for six months. I was prepared to fly to Ireland to retrieve it.

That 302 is a completely different engine then the Chev Gen 1 216/235/261 or the Chev Gen 2 192/230/250/292. It was a GMC exclusive and came in about 12 different sizes over the years.
A friend in the east end of Hamilton had a Wayne head.
Some of the early stock car racers had them.
But that was 60 years ago or more.
Probably still out there somewhere.
I am no longer a member of Ontario Inliners , but my '51 is definitely powered by an Inline . It's a 250 , considerable head work ( not lump ports ) and a moderate cam , Offy intake , Langdon headers , 5 speed & 3:42 gears . It pulls like a train. Gets ridiculously good fuel economy , runs all day with the Big Dogs -- Which is why it now has 17000 Miles on it in less than 10 years .( even with covid restrictions !) - Don't think for one moment that you " Have to have a V-8 to get down the road " -- Not so !! -- DON / Fleet 51

Our daughter went back before she got married, she and a couple girlfriends. She found a bunch of relatives which was pretty cool. I'd like to see the place m'self some day before I croak.
On the subject of inliners, our youngest guy has been giving some thought to installing the 4.2 Vortec from his brothers Olds SUV into his '76 Ventura. Hang a 5 spd off the tail end. Might make for an interesting ride.
You can get crazy horse power from those 4.2 inlines, but at a crazy price. I have often thought about one in the Bantam, but then it isn't nostalgic and my better half thinks I may have spent enough on it. Would be awesome in the Ventura. 900 HP!
