See , thats what I,m talking about . When I put my drag car and gasser project on ebay I,m gonna do a family photo out on the laneway . The Little Gremlin , The Gasser , The Fifty and The Nastygirl all together . In the hopes maybe some body inquires about the drag cars and mentions the truck and I,ll be like hey , you know , you could buy a drag car and a really cool hauler truck at same time , and hey , while your at it why not pick up a red trans am for your wife

Good luck with dat!  I sold off everything in late 2019, fearing the market would turtle.  Lasted 6 months, re-did the basement then bought another POS.  This particular leopard can't wash off the spots no matter what.  There are bigger crosses out there I suppose.

Well I wasn't long in making a purchase, empty shop just doesn't cut it!!! !974 Pontiac [ of course] Grandville Brougham convertible, 455 V8, 4 BBL, duels, and loaded to the "nuts" 64,500 miles. Not perfect but a "great" driver quality cruiser!! A/C needs attention, all there right down to the belt still on!!! I know it's not a 4 speed but times do change, & the top goes down!!! Originally a southern car, built in Fairfax Kansas, waiting for Build sheet from PHS Michigan. 19'LONG!!! Queen Mary on wheels!!grandville.jpgthumbnail (2).jpgthumbnail (3).jpg

Congratulations on selling your rides gentlemen, I know how hard it can be sometimes. If you have cars for sale, how about posting them on this site? Nothing against New Zealand, but how about keeping this vintage iron in Canada. You never know, someone on here may be interested. Just saying

The same w/ my rare Norton motorcycle. Loads of tire kickers but a solid cash offer from Australia sealed the deal. He handled all of the shipping logistics - all I had to do was diliver it to a warehouse in Milton. Wished it could have stayed here as a famous Isle of Man racer bought the bike new after he immigrated to Canada - 'Ivor Lloyd'.

Well the Impala did go to NZ but late May /2023 got a call to see if I wanted wagon back!!! He had 5 cars ready to go + wagon and the bottom dropped out with shipping just insane, so negotiations started & it came back home, with paint wet sanded & ceramic coated!!! Looks better than when I sold it!!! & came out AHEAD.

Funny about New Zealand. I had a guy from there inquire about my bike and I wasn't even advertising. No idea how he found out I have a 750 BSA Rocket but he did. They are really anxious to collect there I guess.

Where are you guys advertising to sell them over seas? I'm assuming these over seas buyers have a larger bulge in their pockets than buyers here in Ontario do. Thanks

Ebay was my choice. The US market is the place for overseas people to look!

selling automotive stuff is one of the most confounding situations to be in LOL . We moved from 4 car garage downsized to larger single garage . . Sold off the gremlin the 50 her Trans Am and I,m freakin stuck with the gasser chassis ha ha . This thing is pretty cool . I,ve had 4 guys look at it here in New Brunswick since sept 23 . No cash yet . And this is the one for sale the longest . I wouldve rather kept the 50 outta the four . But money talks

A good bud and an H-D guru around here for a lot of years slowed down in his shop from taking in bike jobs and now is assembling his own old stuff from his parts storage. About the 2nd or 3rd one went to the Australia-New Zealand area and now he has a list of people from that area waiting to bid on his next one. The bike's are mostly early 40's to the mid 50's which he completely rebuilds and assembles from parts that he has been stashing for the last 50 years, I knew he had a lot of old stuff on stash but no idea he had this much.  It's big U.S. dollars with no hassle and good for him. The odd one stays local but most go off shore.
