Speed Channel no more.

Learned the other day that Speed Channel is no more on Cogeco cable. It is apparently something to do with CRTC and the lack of Canadian content. I guess the Cogeco contract with speed expired on the 15th of July and CRTC said no to renew. What a major Pi-- off that is. Time to go to Dish or Direct TV.

anyone else get a recall from the RCMP? Seems they used counterfeit CSA stickers on units sold between Jan 2010 and Mar 2012. The RCMP want owners to dispose their units and Everlast is prepared to provide 10-50% of the purchase price, pro-rated, to be used as a credit against a replacement welder.
