The Indian River bridge on Hwy 17 up by Nipigon is closed due to an emergency repair. Warnings are out to travellers, that there is a detour with few gas stations, and lots of wildlife on the road, but the detour around the bridge is,,,,,,,,, 500K long!! The longest detour i have heard of!!
