CTV just broke the story that the Camero is leaving Osh. & production to go to a plant in Michigan. Contract was only "good" to end of currant yr.?? They said 2000 will be let go but I think that's a little high?? I said before 'give GM a couple of yrs. more here & Oshawa will be gone, &a...
I've just started watching this program (internet download) Not keen on the main guy, but I love the show. I don't know how realistic it can be, to do what they do. I'd love to think I could buy a truck and trailer, and head off around Canada looking for old gems. But it's great to see some old cars that norma...
Anyone ever use these? They seem like a good idea but I'm wondering how they stand up over time. Seems to me that the open side would want to spread all the time, leading to failure.
I have been around trucks all my life and in the old days would turn up a few pumps but these guys from Quebec have it figured out. I help a freind of mine a few years ago get his truck down in the high 16's but these guys are running 13's. They are estimated around 2500 hp but for a 12,000 lb unit that is impressi...

Good to see the Auditor General's report today on what a waste of time the Drive Clean program has been since 1999 when it came into being. And this is supposed to be a revenue neutral progam remember....so if it continues, by 2018 they will be raking in $80 million a year.

Seem to recall this was discussed before but what temp thermostat is everyone running? I generally run a 180 in most of my old cars, other seem to think 160 is the way to go, then again others say 195 is better. Perhaps someone could set this up as a poll.

It has it's original box and instructions sheet, and was made in 1958. Excellent condition. Asking $40 or a case o...
I hate renting stuff time and time again, so I finally built my own shop crane. If I had space, I would have bought one and modified it. But the space you see, is what I've got. My garage is 15 x 21 inside. Once I have my truck inside (jammed tight to the wall) this is all I have left to work in due to the rest of the...

For 11.99 or faster a roll cage is required, but from my searching around the cage is not street legal. I want to race it but I'd still like to drive it around a little bit to shows and meets. Hi. my name is John Arps. I am in the planning stages of having a cruise in Windsor On. in the summer of 2013. I have been involved in the car community for a number of years and thought that it would give a large event to the southern Ontario car guys to go to instead of the regular car show . The promotion comp...

Every year I see some guy driving a classic in the snow. Usually not a high end car, but still something that should be put away for the season. Todays sighting was a 70-72 flat black or charcoal Duster...on a night where I had sat in 2 traffic jams, one watching and ambulance trying to navigate through to...
