Turns out the car I bought has no rear brakes at all. Didn't think to take wheels off to check. Figured the seller wouldn't be a dick and tell me. Either way, I can buy all the rear drum parts for $375 or do I just find a rear end from the wrecking yard and swap it in complete, maybe even with discs?

	hinge alignment (Preview) I was working on the 33 chev this week and noticed that the hinges on the front pillar aren't in a straight line to eachother. ie I wasn't able to pass a dowel from the top hinge into the bottom hinge. 	how much freeplay to allow in tranni yoke (Preview) Swapping out powerglide in my 59 Chevrolet and had the front drive shaft before the hanger bearing shortened. Guess I mismeasured as I only have about 3/8 or so of freeplay in the driveshaft.
